This showcases the problem in this thread. Rather than making the issue about the guy who junked on the passed out guy, people are taking the opportunity to make it about:
A) The state of Alabama
B) The fans of the University of Alabama
C) I'm 12 years old and what is this?
The fact that this is being used as a jumping off point to attack an entire fanbase shows that the people doing the attacking aren't really all that concerned about the act itself.

why does everyone think the guys friends just left him passed out at Krystal?
Maybe he went there by himself, maybe he doesnt have any friends. He certainly isnt the first person to pass out alone at the Krystal on Bourbon.

Why can most of you people realize that when stupid shite gets done, it's the outliers of the group performing the act?
I don't consider this guy to be a true representation of the people of Alabama, much like I hope they don't consider David Duke to be a true representation of the people of Louisiana.
So how about we knock the hyperbole off, and just agree that what this guy did to the LSU fan was wrong and that he needs to be caught.
Hell, I would think that those more qualified than me might surmise that for one to perform such an act on a person with that many people watching on might have serious mental issues and could also be a sexual deviant.

then why do your idiot fans (some of them) seem to revel in this homosexual perversion, and mug for photos w/ Updyke? Yeah, I know, a few bad apples don't spoil the whole batch, and there are certainly some moronic LSU "fans" but one gets the sense that this sort of thing is considered to be acceptable behavior in Alabama. BTW, if I had been at Tiger Stadium and seen the LSU "fans" rocking the Auburn team bus outside the stadium, I would have taken steps to stop it. Did this guy need "friends" w/ him to prevent some hick from molesting him? How about ANY decent human being that was present?
