I don’t say this often about rivals, but Auburn and Bama get big respect from me for all those quality W’s. Not ducking anybody.

Texas' OOC schedule is a masterclass in idiocy. Who the hell put this together? Why on earth would you schedule this many of the bottom 50 teams in college basketball? They actually play a solid group of Top 100ish teams, but they wash it all away with as bad a slate of bottom half of the schedule teams as you could imagine.

#26 UConn
#35 Ohio State
#71 NC State
#94 St Joseph's
#104 Syracuse

#205 New Mexico State

#319 Northwestern State
#340 Delaware State
#342 New Orleans
#344 Houston Christian
#358 Chicago State
#361 Arkansas Pine Pluff
#364 Mississippi Valley State

7 teams ranked outside the Top 300???????????

It’s weird to see Tennessee so high in something like .Net when their schedule hasn’t been anywhere near teams like Auburn and Alabama.

That being said, when you’re winning all your games comfortably there’s something to be said about that as well.

Auburn (4) and Alabama (3) now have seven wins over Top 25 teams and it's only December 5.

And lot of basketball left, but with a current snapshot of the upcoming conference schedule, each has about 15 Q1 games remaining on the schedule.

Insane.

Quad 1 Record: 0-1

L 72-80 Neutral (20) Ohio St.

Quad 2 Record: 1-0

W 63-59 Away (120) NC State

Quad 3 Record: 2-0

W 70-66 Neutral (154) Syracuse

Upcoming

Quad 2 Home (34) UConn

Ohio State is the only remotely decent team of those three, and it was a neutral loss.

UConn fell off after dropping three games in their holiday tournament.
