In one of the worst defensive performances in quite some time, Texas A&M’s 48-33 loss to Miami on Saturday afternoon provided more questions than answers, mostly pointing toward Aggies defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin, who failed to adjust his defense in the second half after an early dismal showing.

Durkin is undoubtedly and objectively better than Baker. Would be a nice upgrade for Mizzou no doubt.

I'm not sure how I feel about Durkin being our DC after Baker leaves.

99% of all Aggies wanted Durkin immediately gone after Year 1.
I wont rant on him but dude was a total idiot and ignored so much talent.
This is a bad hire, believe me. Unless...you have world class linebackers and weak DLs. Durkin is good there....but that is not how you win games in the SEC longterm.

A & M were worse than Mizzou despite the o of stars they had. Mizzou’s D was full if 3 stars and whooped OSU to finish the year

A&M did hold LSU to around 150 yards below their average. We scored 42 points, but didn’t pass 400 yards. LSU had 533 yards and 49 points against Mizzou. So, it looks like Missouri upgraded!
