I think its a legit gripe. Especially when the bigger schools in your conference have full staffs to deal with NIL and he is sitting there trying to do it all himself.

There needs to be 2 year contracts in college so that players and coaches both have some stability but also have the option of moving on if things aren't working out.

So we cry for coaches to be more open and stop using coach speak and then when one does he gets bagged on?

Do they make a lot of money yes, is the schedule and things these coaches face now pretty daunting? Yes.

Didn't he claim to have turned down A&M... All that would have gone away with a blank check.

But you do have to deal with those weird fricks

It just sounds like he's mismanaging what he has there. Either way it's the 2nd time in a short window(he complained pretty loudly about NIL money before) he's come out and basically blamed Kentucky's limitations on something that's not him.

He has control of his whole staff he can delegate someone to help with that stuff. You think other coaches didn't have people doing that crap before they got the official titles?

He's got a frustrating job. He makes millions of dollars to do it. Deal with it.

$9,000,000. If it’s so hard, here’s an idea for Mark - donate $5,000,000 of your salary to UK NIL and live on the $4,000,000 per year which is what he made in 2017.

I don't.

He deserves to get bagged on for this one. If he doesn't like it, go get another coaching job. He doesn't have to stay at UK.

it's quite simple, if they want less duties then they can always go back to when coaches made less than million a year

Yep. I'd probably run it in the ground but I'd give anything to be the head fb coach at UK.
