Will be the comeback player of the year in 2025
He was the best RB in the league before he went down against sCar
He will be operating behind the most veteran O-Line in the SEC and he will be hungry.
Darkhorse Heisman contender.

A&M had to get him bullet proof windows as part of their NIL package

As his career rolls on and as the honors roll in I'll be sure to remind you baws that we plucked him right out of Baton Rouge

Is he the only player from that class remaining?
Posted on 2/5/25 at 12:08 am to SidewalkTiger
Yeah, the ones that remained with upside getting drafted. Guys like Stewart has shot up the draft board.

I'll give you that. It's embarrassing. A few of them could have made 2024 A&M nasty.
I don't care too much as I look ahead. Pussies like Walter Nolan and Evan Stewart aren't missed.
We will be upgrading their positions as time rolls on. Elko actually evaluates and develops talent. Jimbo chased stars and didn't do shite once they were in practice.

It was serious question, not trying to get in a dig
I don't think Jacoby Mathews is even playing football anymore.
That class would make a great 30 For 30.

That class is a good troll for our rivals, but truth is the guys that left that will probably be drafted are maybe Evan, Nolan, and Noah. Outside that, none of the transfers made noise. And for context, outside the Denver Harris or Chris Marshals that fell out for crashing out, the others were limited by injuries when you look at the rest. Plus, our DL coach died, and Robinson left to Rutgers for a promotion. There is a lot of shite that happened to make it just a black and white jimbo troll.
On the Jacoby story, didn’t you guys say he was getting his grades up to transfer your way? He’s talented.

I think someone on the recruiting board said he's working fast food these days.

Speedy Noil in the back on dishwashing duty

The crazy thing is that Speedy was the first time we got a highly rated talent out of Louisiana. Sherman was very adamant that we needed kids from Louisiana. Over the years we broke through, and they litter the football, basketball and baseball. What’s crazy to me is probably 80% of them never got LSU offers. Like Washington who was a 4 star in bball, super athletic defender, never got looked at by LSU. Radford. Dexter Dennis. Etc. I always figured it was probably due to players fitting certain systems or something.

I know Coach O screwed up recruiting Edgerin Cooper by chasing higher-rated out of state LB’s and not offering him early in the process
On the other side of the coin, I could see guys like Denver Harris and Jacoby Matthews signing with LSU if Orgeron wasn’t fired halfway through the ‘21 season. Its likely they would have transferred anyway.
Moss made it clear he wanted to go out of state and was likely never going to LSU according to what I’ve read.

I think that would be a waste of a scholarship. His football days are done, IMO.

Here we go, Aggie Annual rollercoaster starting early -

He’s great but gets injured every year. I hope Owns will be able to take up the slack if so because we had no one that could this past season.
