I'm ready to get disappointed!
Thanks for doing the thread, Chicken
Soon to be out and about (like my gamecocks) so I can't give it my usual attention, unfortunately.

Best of luck to the 3 bubble teams.

Notes from last week's poll:
- Indiana dropped 5 spots after losing to Ohio State
- Alabama dropped 6 spots after losing to Oklahoma
- Ole Miss dropped 5 spots after losing to Florida
- BYU dropped 5 spots after losing to Arizona St.
So, this means that Miami is looking at 11th or 12th tonight?

Which bubble teams will make the playoff next year?

I think it will be less harsh. I’d also assume the final rankings may be different if losses happen. Example if Georgia beats Texas etc

How excited are lsu fans going to be when bama is left out?

Likely Alabama and OM as they are spending the money and more hungry than SC and most of our conf.
Roster building began Saturday, moves are already happening.

With Arkansas OC back what are your chances to get to win 8 or more games next year?

The bubble stuff has taken all the oxygen but who ends up on the home game side of the 8/9 line and who ends up on the road game side is a pretty big one too.
Ohio State
Tennessee
Indiana
Georgia not as much due to another game this week and you'd probably assume if they lose they'd be at best a 9 and on the road (though you never know).
Home/road splits this year make it clear how huge a difference it could make. Tennessee vs Ohio State at Neyland vs at the Shoe is a massive swing.

We will be lucky to win 2 of our ooc games. Notre Dame, Memphis & Ark State will be tough for us. We will likely lose to Tenn next year as they’re not gonna let us hang 5 in a row and it’s at their place. It won’t be a fun season.

Damn. I’d be pissed if I were OM and that’s disrespectful to SC.

I'm surprised at the lack of credit Ole Miss is being given

They certainly have the most potential

Agree - they are the team that as a #5/6 seed I want to see the least.

It's going to be a kick in the nuts when Miami is 11
