Can you confirm thar Deboer is actually listed as a defendant? I have read multiple articles and none say he is actually listed as a defendant, just that he was the coach.

Last night LSU fans made a huge deal about Kelly being named in the suit but not named as an official defendant in the suit. According to them since he wasn’t listed as a defendant the lawsuit didn’t involve him.

Until you can prove thar Kalen Deboer is listed as a defendant, this is just a lawsuit against Washington and has nothing to do with Alabama or Kalen Deboer.

Those are your rules.
