Is the Texas Taco Meat Cows Stadium as intimidating as some SEC stadiums?

After USC's game at Texas last year, several Trojans fans had commented that while their fans got loud and excited, it was nothing compared to several stadiums those fans had visited before.
Long time USC fans and former players who played in the game will tell you that the toughest and most intimidating place the Trojans have EVER played in was:
LSU's Tiger Stadium. The date: 9/29/1979. USC vs. LSU.
I was there. Trojans won, 17-12, but it was downright deafening and our players said they were fortunate to come out of that game alive and with a win.
Other SEC stadiums that would rate as more intimidating than Texas would be in no order, Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Haven't been to A&M, but there's no question A&M's stadium would be more so than Texas'.
The loudest Texas can get will only be about half the decibel level that would come out of Tiger Stadium. LSU fans...no earmuffs will be necessary for this game.

DKR is quieter and shittier than at least 10 SEC stadiums.

I don't know that Neyland is still an intimidating place to play

USC hasn't given us a home/home opportunity since. We have UCLA in 2024, Clemson in 2026, OU 2028, and Arizona State in 2029 lined up though.

After that game in 1979, I don't think the Trojans want to ever darken the doors of LSU's stadium again!

Trojans do remember!

Hasn't been for quite awhile, but normally it is.

Wonder if it will be as rocking as the Sugar Bowl was in january when we pantsed your program on national television. Little ken doll nub where the dicks supposed to be.

"Pantsed"? Just what moon language do you Moo Moos speak?
Easy for you Dangling Tits to yell since you hadn't beaten anyone in over 10 years until you beat us. Wait...we really, sorta let you win the game, 'cause we really, really didn't care. Sorry to have gotten your hopes up too high.
Better hope your tits are full of milk come this Saturday.

Marcus Allen was on the Heisman House and was asked what was the most intimidating stadium he ever played in.
LSU 1979. My freshman year.
Since he won the Heisman and Super Bowl MVP does his opinion count?

I know Marcus Allen personally...just saw him a few months ago. He and his family now live in St. Louis, MO.
Yep, he himself has told me that before. It's true.

DKR will be the tamest stadium LSU plays in all season.

When John Robinson was hired by LSU as a consultant earlier this year, believe he made statements to that effect as well. I am trying to find the interview for his quote, but I am failing at Google it seems =(
