We are definitely in the upper half/quarter of each one minus MBB or at least it feels like it.

Weiner knows nothing about throwing a slider if the article is correct, and his method would cause a ton of wear and tear. Spencer is out for the year, but your coach doesn't want to admit it.
Unless he wants to pull an Augie Garrido and ruin the kid's arm. That is possible as well

They definitely would win the mid to 3/4 season trophy if one was given. Let's see how they hold up though before crowning them.

Man OP you hit the downvote lottery.

They are top 2 all time in SEC. They are great this year but not title good. Texas head coach needs another year or two to get his players. If I correct Texas has the number 1 class for baseball next year. Texas time will come to win it. But I don't think they have the depth this year

It will be interesting to see if there are other issues on the Texas pitching staff as we approach the end of the year.
gtfo.. seriously wtf are you here?
Approximately 35-36% of Major League Baseball (MLB) pitchers have undergone Tommy John surgery. This percentage has been rising, with a 29% increase since 2016. The surgery, which repairs the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) in the elbow, is now more common than ever before in professional baseball.
Did Max cause all of them to have Tommy John surgery as well?
"While throwing a slider hard can contribute to Tommy John surgery (ulna collateral ligament reconstruction) due to the increased stress it puts on the elbow, it's not the sole cause. The increased velocity of any pitch, including sliders and fastballs, is a major factor in the rising number of Tommy John surgeries. Other factors include overuse, poor arm strength and range of motion, and the demands of modern baseball to throw harder. "

I know who it’s not Tenn and LSU baseball …
It must be Oklahoma or Texas… no championships in 20 or 30 years

Time will tell. I don’t think you ever slow down your arm motion on a slider but I can admit I never threw one because I wasn’t taught to. I just know the pitch plays off your fastball similar to a changeup in which both you don’t want to slow anything down.
He’s also had experience in the MLB as a pitching coach so I would assume he knows what he’s talking about over, well… NobodyImportant

So you think that Texas isn't historically top 2 all time in the SEC in College baseball? I can pull out the stats to prove I'm correct. LSU is the only team that holds a candle to Texas as far as accolades in baseball literally. No other SEC teams has more titles than TX/LSU
LSU has 7 and TX has 6

We're due for a letdown stretch that is normal for every team. Ours will probably be just in time for Regionals.

What does that have to do with texas having done nothing as a member of the SEC? You’ve accomplished nothing here. Do you understand that? Good grief.
