My argument didn’t even allude to incumbents or prior officeholders. My statement that he’s a snake oil salesman that is enriching himself by stirring a base of the American people isn’t impacted by the fact that we have a plethora of money motivated politicians, which is a travesty in and of itself.
Both statements can be true, and believe it is true. This doesn’t bail out Charlie Kirk or make me think he’s not a scumbag.

See how that’s a weak argument? People can make inferences based off a substantial body of evidence. There’s plenty of evidence that goes back years. It’s your choice whether you’re open to it or you want to stick your head in the sand and pretend this is totally normal.

Let me clarify - I don’t think his platform should be outlawed as that runs counter to diversity of thought and ideas. However, I am saddened to see his platform grow because people allow it to, a direct reflection of our eroding education system. Same goes for extreme leftists.
It’s a sad deal when the fringes control the political landscape of the nation. And make no mistake, Mr Kirk’s platform is not mainstream conservatism.
