I’d just go with no divisions
1 permanent
Rotate 8 every 2 seasons

If you were to do 3 divisions (weird) I think this arrangement makes more sense:

Ole Miss
Miss St
Bama

Tenn

FSU

Texas
Texas A&M
Missouri
