How’d we lose three of our best hitters in one weekend? Something about playing in Colombia always results in season-ending injuries for Longhorn athletes.

Starting to stack up like the OU wide receivers. Your half way there.

Back in my day a fractured thumb was just something you played through. It’ll fix itself.

Half-Full
1) Jonah Williams or Matthew Scott step up as freshman and become solid contributors or better, which not only helps us this year, but also for the next 2 years.
2) Max Belyeu comes back for his Senior Year and leads us to a NC.
3) Georgia feels sorry for us and lets us sweep them.

I've heard that he has ligament damage as well and is done for the year.

Hog fans would naturally blame that on the trainers or the strength and conditioning staff.

That sucks for him and the Horn fans.
A few seasons ago, Arkansas lost two of their weekend starters before conference season even started. Destroyed what would have been one of the best pitching staffs in the country.
Hopefully Texas has somebody ready to step up.

Max could be back for the playoffs and no other Horns players will get injured in Columbia this baseball season.

Your point #1 is not too bad. I guess I’ll step back from the ledge.

I wish him a speedy recovery.
In 1996 Warren Morris fractured the hamate bone in his wrist. He missed 39 games. He returned to the regular line-up in the Regionals.
We all know how that ended up for LSU.
This could be the 'Horns turn.

That dude killed us. I'm sorry to hear about his injury.

Dude wore us out. Best wishes on a full recovery.

Huge loss for Texas. He was a big reason Texas beat us in games 2 & 3. He had a 2 run HR on our Saturday game at a key moment. Then on Sunday he drove in 4 RBI in our 6-2 loss.

Potential for another guy to step up and be a star?
