Auburn tied the game on an illegal play with linemen downfield 10 years ago. It was our turn to get the call.

The problem with the gracious buffer zone the college game gives ineligible receivers is that it is hard to adjudicate in live action. Alabama fans know this well from the 2013 game.

The NCAA needs to change the rules to neuter the RPO by making it easier to identify ineligible downfield violations for the officials. Adopt the NFL rules. Lets make progression read passing great again and get rid of these low IQ 1-read throwers that get to the NFL without having to read an entire defense.

You get 3 yards beyond LOS. And they usually aren't super strict on it. As long as the lineman isn't just charging down field.

players get 3 yards before it is called, out of all the blame for that play, 0 should go to refs.

100% should go to dumb Auburn players allowing a guy to get 1 on 1, lol. And also having a QB spy on goal to go from the 31. So dumb, you have 8 more players in teh endzone to tackle if needed.

UGA had a TD brought back on one that was super close last night. But, those refs were just flag happy. Even called a facemask that didn't happen.

Lucky for you the ACC refs in the Tech game weren’t calling your game.

This is how you tell us you don’t know the rules of college football without actually saying it.

ACC crews are generally pretty awful but I'd still consider that trade because Jason Autrey's crew is one of the sorriest in power five football.

One of the major reasons Alabama was in that predicament was because of the bullshite they were on the entire second half.

It is very funny that you started a thread telling the world that you don’t know the rules.

Same reason it wasn't called when Auburn tied the game up with a minute left to play in 2013.

From the NCAA handbook:

quote:

A player is in violation of this rule if any part of his body is beyond the three-yard limit of the neutral zone.

Yeah, the center was clearly three yards past the neutral zone.

Jesus it's scary knowing we share a planet with such unabashed ignoramuses.
