Atlanta is a Georgia city but these hillbillies on here pretend it isn't. Geography must not have been taught down south.

I agree. Never lived there but I’ve spent some time there working and I liked it…I could probably be happy living there if winters weren’t horrible….I don’t know that they’re that bad, it’s pretty far south. The person defending Cincinatti was the one who called it a shithole better than any in the south. I’m from Atlanta which isn’t a shithole so it wouldn’t be in the same category as Cincinnati…

Atlanta is in Georgia and in the south, but good or bad Atlanta has little in common with the rest of Georgia or the South. Outside of Miami there isn’t another true city in the south other than Atlanta. Charlotte is getting there….

The winters in Cincinnati can get cold but we usually do not receive much snow. I love the changing seasons but I must admit summer is my favorite. I love everything outdoors.

I've never been to Atlanta but I would love to sometime.

The Beast and Skyline chili is all I ever remember about Cincy

An uncle of mine was CEO of Skyline during the 80's - what a fricking gross midwesterner vomit sauce.

Although the original world's longest and fastest roller coaster was the tits.

..., and I bet you probably pronounce both "t"s when you say "Atlanta".

I've been to Cincinnati. ATL is a much better venue.

I know there are bars all over town that are known as “Auburn” or “Florida” or “Alabama” bars….

That applies to NYC, Charlotte, Chicago, etc. Even Charleston, SC. It's definitely not a uniquely Atlanta trait.

Cincinnati is, as you state, a better shithole than any in the south. No doubt as far as shitholes go Cincinatti is among the nicer ones….

Cincinnati relies on Covington, KY to exist and be seen as relevant (airport, hotels, etc) ... but don't confuse your shithole of Disgusta with other cities around the South comparable to Cincy.

I can name a half dozen cities around the South more worthy than Cincy.

If you hate the South so much, move to Cincy. You'll still have a river, you can look up above the bridge in wonderment at the WKRP in Cincinnati apartments, plus you can become a aging suckeye schlong slurper as are most college football fans in Cincy.

Yes, the SEC has considered Cincinnati and decided it is too much of a junky place.

Nah, that would be Cleveland. Cincinnati is actually nice.
