Remind me again what they call the last 8 teams in the NCAA tourney. I can’t seem to recall… something 8.
And as far as football goes I think I recall Tennessee being in the playoff and ranked 7 by the AP. There’s a word for being one of the 12 best teams… hmm.

No shame with UT in all three sports. You should be proud. Pretty awesome really.
But…while it might be called the elite 8 in basketball, no one worth a damn really brags about it. It’s actually a disappointment to good programs.
I think only Kentucky and Florida really understand this now in basketball.
