Texas A&M----61,642
Florida----49,459
Alabama----36,047
Missouri----35,425
Georgia----35,197
S. Carolina---32,971
LSU----31,044
Tennessee----30,386
Kentucky----29,203
Arkansas----26,237
Auburn----25,912
Ole Miss---22,503
Miss State---20,138
Vanderbilt----12,686
I remember when Auburn and Georgia thought that 18,000 was the max at our Universities for the foreseeable future, but Texas A&M and Florida is killing it.
You must have insanely large campuses.

Didn't realize Ole Miss had grown so much. I thought they were in the 16-17 range. All these schools are becoming so big

Does that number include the Med School?

Campuses are honestly getting way too big.

Ohio State has 64,868 just for non-SEC references. Any other numbers are appreciated.
My family went the private school route, so these numbers are mind boggling. I thought that smaller schools were always the better option, but all of these larger schools seem to be doing well no matter what I think. Impressive. I am still more of a quality over quantity person though...but numbers and results don't lie.

Those are the official numbers, but Alabama actually claims 74,000

I do find it interesting when these same schools talk about how tough their entrance standards are and then they have a student population that dwarfs the population of the town the school is located in....

we can't build new housing fast enough in Fayetteville

Yeah Arkansas is around 30,000 with the med school included. The entire University of Arkansas system is around 60,000 when you add it all up.

and Auburn is right at 31k with Auburn-Montgomery
Congrats!
I was pointing out that the OM number I mentioned includes the medical center.

Man, it's getting to be like China or something. I miss the small-town ambience of southwest Nashville in the olden days.

Arizona State has 73,378 students CURRENTLY enrolled.
They have made it a state priority to accept literally every student who graduates from high school in Arizona into Arizona State University.
How? I never knew that that State had that many people to begin with. The University of Arizona has 42,236 students under the same rules.
That is more than the two Mississippi schools combined just for one of their 2 State Universities.

Clemson has 22,700, only beating out 3 SEC schools with Vandy as one of those.
Clem really is the David of college fball.

And I was pointing out that a seperate entity 150 miles away from campus shouldn't count.
Is it really that big a deal to include an extra 400 kids? (200 being the only kids in MS smart enough for med school and 200 from out of state too dumb to get into a real med school)
