I agree on Sully being the most likely..
I could see DVH as well, but I don’t really understand the thought process of waiting to announce anyone who isn’t still playing..

I think CDC has a verbal agreement in place with someone.. but I wonder if that changes at all based on where they finish the season.. ie does Vitello decide to stay if they win it all?

I think he also takes money and counter offers out of the equation somehow.. maybe they sit down and come to an agreement and then something is signed.. idk.. just doesn’t seem to be the type to get played.

Can a coach/agent sign something that is binding while the current season is being played for another team? All I know is that Bowman won the NC, then 2 days later was announced at Texas..

btw, where is Old Marge? He is MIA lately.. is he one of the two clowns that got thrown out of the game?

He would certainly be the splash hire that CDC so desperately needs to stay relevant
Being awarded athletic director of the year + having the athletic program you lead win a directors cup for the 3rd time in 4 years = irrelevancy?

Honestly, this wouldn't be surprising in the least bit.

Idk what is “expensive” for a baseball HC buyout ,but Sully’s seems like it wouldn’t be too bad. 250K per year that is left on his contract. So under 3 Mil. Again I don’t know if that’s expensive for a baseball HC coach or not.

he is expensive for sure..

9 cws in 17 years
1 title
2 runner ups
2 3rds (1 pending)

$2 mil a year + buyout

but he is damn good

Texas just had a football season better than anything A&M has accomplished in over 80 years

A two loss team that barely survived a dog shite conference. 2020 A&M was a better season than last year’s tu team.

If OP is right, this will be only the second time in history y’all got our coach. I don’t think that’s happened like almost never.

TAMU hasn't really had a lot of coaches worth poaching.

Gotta respect the hardware and the CWS appearances, but he also wore out a lot of arms that likely could have had some years in the bigs.

Dressendorfer prolly had the shoulder of a 50 year old man by the time he was done there.

We will match any offer you make. So it will come down to if he wants to give y’all just another trophy or if he wants to be the guy that transforms a program.

He doesn’t seem to be about the money.

Except cdc was told to hire sark. It's known that cdc wanted to hire Sonny Dykes but Eltife had a little man tantrum about it and wouldn't sign off on it
