Can Texas win the Big 12 title before joining the SEC in 2025?

I haven't been here in ages, but the recent news articles about Oklahoma and Texas have brought me back here to read some discussion about it.
I'm not trying to trash talk (why would I in my position?). I pose a serious question. Oklahoma wins the Big 12 every year. So there's no reason to include them in this topic. Oklahoma and Texas will depart from the Big 12 and join the SEC on July 1st, 2025. Do you think Texas can win the Big 12 championship before their time left expires?
Or will Oklahoma win it four more times and bid farewell to the Big 12 on top?

They will be joining the SEC in 2022, so no. They will not win the Big 12 this year.

They could be joining the SEC in 2035 and I’d bet against them winning the league before then.

It's possible. It will either be us or OU. I kind of feel like this is the year that the Big 12 gets 2 teams into the playoffs.

Let's start by simply beating TCU

We already have. We just shut their program down.

An emphatic no. Not only will they have to deal with Oklahoma, just imagine what they're going to come up against (OU included) when they face the other 10 schools.
Texas will be lucky if they're not nuked by the opponent -- on their own home field.

We can just tell their best players to take it easy cause they're coming with us to the SEC anyways

If the move happens in 2022 or 23 I'd say no, if it goes to 2025, I think they could. As the saying goes, they are due, the odds are better than OU continuing its run past this coming year.

I don't think it's happening in 2022.
Yes, we all know what they are saying publicly. They have to say that because of legality and contracts.
They aren't going to wait 4 years to join. There are tons of rumors floating around that they have already secured the funds to pay their exit fees.
They will be on the schedule in 2022. 2023 if something gets delayed.
