It's surprising some people still don't recognize when Jewish people talk about the "Lord" they mean it.
They don't always realize they are talking about Jesus of Nazareth though....

God did not create sin. Man did via freewill.
Yes, God gave men freewill so you could argue it is his fault for allowing the possibility of sin to enter the world, but he did not want automatons to relationship with.
