Tyrann was great for 1 season
He was great for 2 seasons, but his sophomore year was phenomenal. As a freshman, he led the SEC in forced fumbles and fumble recoveries and was freshman All-SEC. He was also incredible in the bowl win and was named defensive MVP.

Even though I like Tyran, Kevin Faulk at LSU has to be #1

is Tebow really the best to ever play at UF?
don't get it twisted...I hate the Gators...but they have produced a lot of good football players...ever heard of Emmitt Smith?
...and that's just the first one who comes to mind..there are many more

In terms of College accolades/achievements.

But certainly not the most talented.

George Rogers ... and it's not even close. Not to mention Rogers winning the Heisman.

If we're going off of pure talent, it's Patrick Willis hands down.

good list, PT. very good. I say DDawg for Arkansas, too, but he is my friend so Im partial. Oldtimers might say Lance Alworth, aka Bambi.

Tennessee-Doug MOTHERfrickING Atkins BITCHES, don't forget the legend Eric Berry yo
Ole Miss-Archie Manning-one of the most talented QBs to ever exist in the history of football like it's no debate
Texas A&M-LOLZ Von Miller
Vanderbilt-Earl Bennett (though Jordan Matthews and Zach Cunningham have good arguments as well)
Kentucky-Randall Cobb
You did your homework and know your fellow conference members worth knowing.

I think Matthieu had the best season ever, but this should go to Tommy Casanova

I think Derrick Thomas is probably nearly unanimous among Bama fans who know what he did
The answer is still Don Hutson. He owned a considerable number of NFL records until Jerry Rice came along, and still owns some 70 years after he retired.
70 years....

I think it’s John Hannah for Bama.
(Honorable mention is Joe Namath before he tore his knees up)

For Bama - John Hannah was considered the best at his position pretty much every year he played, college or pro. He was the Anthony Munoz of guards.
Give me Johnny Cooks or Fletcher Cox for MSU

LSU fans what about Billy Cannon: Heisman winner, played offense and defense, punted the ball, and had probably the most famous punt return ever.
