To all the posters mocking the OP, these are the games aubie is known for winning. No chance to win, backs against the wall, coach's seat is getting warm. Tubberville was legit at winning those kind of games. Can Malzahn? Maybe.

Auburn might win 5 games.

This won't be one of them.

Only chance Auburn has in this game is if JF3 is the QB. He's the only one who can run Gus' "running offense" that can keep the chains moving and have extended drives to keep Clemson off the field. If he is the QB and has some early success, Auburn has the talent on D to cause problems for Clemson. If one of the other 2 QBs take the majority of the snaps, Auburn has no chance at pulling off the upset.

You realize that LSU team lost 5 games, right?

We had a bad team last year and won 10.

ND didn't see the full array of the CU offense and still got beat. and they were a good team.

Name me one good team Notre Dame beat last year.

Why? I mean, if you can tell before the season starts, then why wasn't it fixed before the season started last year?

Nobody is giving them a chance in hell to win this game. I see them winning by 10+ points though and Jordan Haire will be rocking

our secondary wsan't that great down the stretch last year and they never got many interceptions. several of them were focused on going to NFL.

"I've got this guy covered step-for-step. I see the ball in my peripheral vision. Yes, I can make this play; I've just got to take one more stride then jump. But wait! I have a chance to go to the NFL next year! Should I risk that by jumping for this ball?"

While these thoughts raced through the young cornerback's mind, the ball descended into the Notre Dame receiver's hands. A chance was missed, and Clemson ended up escaping a game that was closer than it should have been.

I'm giving them a puncher's chance

If Gus finds a way to run the ball, keeping Watsonoff the field, then they'll keep it close for 3.

I think Clemson will win it but closer than everyone is saying.

OK, let's assume for a minute that JF-Tre is the second coming of Cam:

Even in his first start at Auburn, Cam looked sloppy. It took a while to get the bus rolling. He looked like a physical specimen but not a world beater, which of course changed but was a few games down the road.

I just don't think it will be that quick of a turnaround. The only way I think AU wins is if Clemson beats itself, which in a first game strange things can happen sometimes. I just don't see Watson and co. doing that.

Hell hath no fury like a women scorned...Steele about to break Dabo for throwing him under the bus when his O couldn't hold onto the ball against WVU.
