JUst like with ATPB I am not reading all of this crap, but I do have two questions. If Winston is not a booster or season ticket holder, can the NCAA tell him who to give his money to? And also if Brent's Dad was given or offered money but not from Alabama can't Bama just not honor his scholarship and tell him to hit the road and not suffer any penalty as long as he attends no classes from ath schol money or even play a down? This is not an indictment of the kid or his father on my part but it seems to me if there is this much speculation and the NCAA wants toinvestigate then it would be best to cut all ties.

Winston (Peaches) is Calloways legal guardian, Calloway moved in with him freshman year to play football for Russelville. Woodruff is supposedly his buddy and is the one who took him on the trip to Florida, etc.

It doesnt matter if hes a booster or not. Him and peaches have a prior relationship. As the Alabama compliance offie said earlier, "HE could give peaches a cruise ship if he wanted to."
No, just the fact that a booster pays is enough, however, since there is a prior relationship, it doent matter what (if anything) he gave peaches.
We already investigated. Prior relationship= nothing the ncaa can do.

supposedly? You dont think the compliance department would have spent more than a day on this if it werent air tight? Use a LITTLE common sense.

Aubbie's loophole was the Cam Rule and now we got the Calloway Rule. He didnt know anything about what was going on
