And once again - the Kyle field myth is detonated.

Of all things Aggie would say about this game, the Kyle Field garbage was the most delusional. Oh my goodness, how loud they were going to be, I mean loud, Loud, LOUD.. right? Loud means everything right? Texas was just going to shrivel up in a corner and tremble, yes?

This self-proud talking point never proves out for these guys, yet here it comes every time there's a big game at Kyle. It's just an eye roll.

The football bravado I could deal with, the Kyle bravado - eye roll.

Talked all that shite for so long.

Did not even manage a single offensive point.

We chose not to put points on the board (twice).

The “Kyle Field” advantage has been the default talking point for decades when they know they are about to get beat down.

Funny thing and absolute hindsight this morning, but if Elko kicks the field goals, and that game is 17-13. Are you feeling different or just happy to escape?

Woulda, shoulda, coulda….all day long. If Eklo had kicked the ball…if Ewers protected the ball better twice deep in the red zone….

At the end of the night the most deciding factor was the fact that EVERYONE knew Wisner was going to get the ball and there was nothing the Aggie D could do to stop him.

The play-call on the 4th and goal from the 2. Sheesh.

Hey, I’m not debating that. I 100% agree with you on that.

Coaching is just as important as executing.

Elko and co got out coached, no question about it.

Blocked punt, pick 6, red zone fumbles......you were gifted every chance to come back, and still lost by double digits at home at night. Bringing up your retarded coach doesn't soften the blow.

Fair point, and to answer your question, yes, extremely relived to get out with a win.

But you can't pick and choose parts of the butterfly effect. If those play calls change, then maybe the Ewers pick-6 never happens

I get that you want to get your talking points in, but it doesn’t address my question.

If A&M doesn’t get a pick 6 you’re shut out in your own stadium in a de facto playoff game against your biggest rival
