Only one team remaining on Alabama's schedule after today's game against LSU is ranked outside the Top 33 in the NET rankings (@ #57 Arkansas). Here's the remaining schedule:

@ #21 Mississippi State
#30 Georgia
@ #57 Arkansas
@ #33 Texas
#1 Auburn
@ #27 Missouri
#12 Kentucky
#21 Mississippi State
@ #4 Tennessee
#6 Florida
@ #1 Auburn

I see 8-3 at best and 5-6 at worst. This year is probably most SEC team's toughest overall SEC schedule. It's definitely Alabama's most difficult ever

Basketball is toughest ever, but football has gotten weak schedules in the past.

It’s all in front of us but it would be nice if Tennessee handed Auburn their first conference loss. I don’t see it happening but I can hope.

Well, I wasn't posting that as a complaint. Just marveling at the stretch of 10 out of the next 11 games coming against teams ranked in the Top 33 of the NET rankings. To put that in perspective, UConn is currently the #35 team in the NET and would be the 2nd worst team remaining on our schedule if they were on our remaining schedule.

I've never seen an 11 game stretch where all but one game are Quad 1 opportunities.

Everyone’s looks this way. Look at Auburn:

6 Tennessee 01/25/2025
LSU 01/29/2025
16 Ole Miss 02/01/2025
Oklahoma 02/04/2025
5 Florida 02/08/2025
Vanderbilt 02/11/2025
4 Alabama 02/15/2025
Arkansas 02/19/2025
Georgia 02/22/2025
16 Ole Miss 02/26/2025
9 Kentucky 03/01/2025
13 Texas A&M 03/04/2025
4 Alabama 03/08/2025

8 games against the top 16. You only play 5 of the top 16.

I think Alabama will finish 12-6 in conference play and 23-8 overall. And that will be good enough for 2nd or 3rd in the SEC and a #2 or #3 seed in NCAA tourney with a win or two in SEC tourney.
