Despite all your whining , here are the facts as they
now stand :
---Tennessee is under investigation, while already on probation ,
for violation of NIL rules and in a shite pot of trouble IF.
found to be a repeat offender.
---Alabama is not.

You can't truthfully answer the question. Saban acted frustrated so he would act that he wasn't involved in their scheme. Because then he wouldn't be giving new cars away to players.

???

Not sure what you are talking about because within the current NIL sponsorship landscape a car dealership can insert an athlete into one of their TV advertisements and the athlete walks out the door with the keys to a new vehicle.

A significant number of the Utah football team are driving new trucks.

The compensation part of NIL is not the problem...

It is all about the recruitment protocols that Tennessee doesn't seem to be able to follow.

A booster can donate to different universities,

Specifically:

You can not use NIL money for recruitment activities.

Additionally:

The 15 year Learfield deal will harm Alabama's ability to be as competitive as possible.

Alabama opened an NIL (name, image, likeness) center to help educate its student athletes and give them resources to help build their own brands

Sure.... that's EXACTLY what's happening.
