I think the Tide gets it done today. The biggest home game in Alabama history. Aden Holloway gets his revenge on Bruce Pearl and goes for 20. 90-87 Alabama.

Home and home split is expected by most Auburn fans.

All the Auburn fans I talked to this week expect to lose. Definitely think there’s more pressure on Alabama not to lose at home.

auburn hasn’t been great lately and alabama has looked unbeatable.

I don’t think we keep it within single digits. Broome has been a defensive liability and below average offensively.

This is correct. Even Vegas believes in bama

The last line I saw was Bama -1.

That seems low to me and I wonder what Vegas is thinking here.

They move the lines based on how the fans bet.

They move the lines in order to entice the most bets as well.

Yeah but they ultimately want equal bets on each side.

That's only partially true. Vegas plays the lines too. And the "sharps" move the lines more than the casual fans, either by reputation or amount. The line has moved late towards Auburn, potentially indicating they smell something.

I don't see it and fully expect a gut check loss, but I'm glad there's some optimism out there.

auburn will usually take the under dog mentality. Its their natural state of mind and they can never be disappointed this way.

Alabama plays better on the road. Alabama loses but wins the next one.

Revenge for what, exactly? Continuing to feed the kid despite him being a head case and not even being able to make a layup or hit a free throw? If Pearl is guilty of anything with Holloway it is riding him for too long and giving him too many chances. He got more opportunities to come out of his slump than probably any other coach with a good team would have given him. He and his family repaid the favor by acting like children and publicly shitting on the Auburn program on the way out.

I honestly think both fan bases would take it.
