Alabama cremation of LSU wasn’t given enough emphasis

If lol 24-3 ou then going to scary night time tiger stadium where lsu was still in playoff contention and delivering the worst arse whipping of the whole sec season essentially. 42 to fricking 6 with like 30 seconds left until a give up touchdown to make it a respectable 42-13. No other team in the nation could have done that and should have potentially washed the ou loss. Now bama didn’t deserve to be in national title talk traditionally for sure but when matched up with James Madison transfer scrubs then yes they are. I don’t remember one mention of that beating bama put on lsu. Only Vandy Oklahoma. What they did to a pretty good lsu team might have been more impressive than beating the best team in the land Georgia.

I do think Alabama would have gotten in had the OU loss been close. But there's just no way to spin that loss.

Oh yeah I actually do understand. Nuss had the yips after the Aggie game. He threw directly at gump defenders 3x instead of stepping up or making the play with his feet.

Yeah, ND had “an off night”. But Bama had 2. You didn’t belong in the playoffs.

The point is, you really have no more valid argument to be in the playoffs than LSU does. But try to keep up.
If you belonged in the playoffs, you wouldn’t have lost to 3 teams. Two of them being to teams who barely have a winning season.

Texas lost to UGA twice(2nd time was given away tho and Texas is clearly the better team), beat OU 34-3, who beat Bama 24-3, who beat Georgia 41-34
And all 4 teams have elite talent. If that doesn’t tell you CFB is nothing but schemes and how they matchup with what the opponent does on the opposite side of the ball, idk what does

How many more days are bama fans going to cry about missing the playoffs? When you lose to Vandy and get smashed by a 500 OU team in the same season there are going to be consequences. You think beating an 8-4 LSU team nullified those losses? Think again Forest !
