I haven't had to buy GA in a while, but my understanding is that you will be sections 201-211 with early purchase.

Here's a link to the field since the img is too big:

Field Map

I know you can buy "best available" and it lists the section and seat number, but they have a limited number before it just becomes GA/buy at stadium.

While attendance isn't terrible by any means, the way the season is going makes SRO very unlikely.

Sorry if this isn't the exact answer you were looking for, but it changes game-to-game.

I was wondering because i'm on y'alls 12th man foundation site and they have 201 - 204 listed as GA/student/SRO and theres no specific row or seat number. everything else seems to be sold out unless you want to pay $70 per ticket on stubhub

General Admission, by definition, has no seat number--it's first come, first served. If you don't get a seat in the grandstand, there is berm seating down the left and right field lines that affords a good view of the action (you just have to put up with not having a seat, and having to sit on the ground). And it is only sections 201-204 in the grandstand, if that (sometimes, they sell 201 and 204 as reserved seats for NCAA tournament games).

What game are you trying to get tickets for? If it's for LSU next weekend then it's GA now. It becomes a gamble then if it's SRO. First come, first serve at the gate. Lawn is not terrible to watch the game, but not ideal.

I don't want to mislead you though. Best bet is to call the ticket office. While they will tell you the standard GA/who knows? line, they might give you an indication if any 200-level seats will be available on gameday.

Obviously, that's a huge series for both teams (bigger for A&M). But... it's also the weekend before finals and all. Not sure how that will factor.

i was thinking about this, but knowing my fiance...who's an A&M grad....she'll want to turn into a friggin' picnic. so i'm not even going to mention it and tell her its sold out.

yeah...i've been meaning to get tickets for the past few months but just kept putting it off.

To really experience Olsen Field you need to sit in GA in the bleachers. That's is where the students sit. Those are the ones helcking and bringing the energy.

You must not have been to Olsen recently. The students don't come in numbers anymore, and that area is overpopulated with thirty-somethings who refuse to move on.

Even if it's not what it once was, it is still the most entertaining place to sit.
