Impressive for a Freshman like Nico to not be too far behind the senior Thorne in total yards and QBR

Thorne might just take Nico’s heisman.

Auburn would be a one loss team if they had Nico. Thorne is cost them in every loss. I guess it probably wouldn’t matter against Georgia

Like y'all are?

I thought your team was supposed to be really, really good.

Now we find out it's on par with Auburn.

He's sandbagging. Will throw for over 400 and 5 TDs next game. Oh wait...make it 500 and 6.

My God. If. Nico was that bad (sub 60% worse than a Int every 1.5 TDs, etc) as a SO much less a SR he would be a bust.

Fortunately he is just a freshman.

He's over thinking and second guessing too much instead of just playing ball like 99 percent of all freshman QBs tend to do. The lights are slowly coming on. Big time performance incoming this weekend from him imo. He doesn't need to do too much though for us to win this game.

Yes, fortunately all Vols fans on here were predicting growing pains for Nico and preaching cautious expectations prior to the start of the season this year.
