One adult male Siberian Tiger weighing 400 lbs.
Corner B:
A pack of 12 gray wolves each weighing between 50-180 lbs
Who wins?

Wolves. The tiger only has 4 paws and a mouth. That’s not enough to defeat twelve mouths and 48 paws.

Wolves. Canines in large groups are the dominant predators of just about any ecosystem they are present in. Even large apex predators like a tiger or grizzly will shy away from tangling with a full wolf pack.
However neither side really wants to do this. At best they want to scare the other predator away from a kill or a den site.
A lone wolf is handy bite sized snack for a Siberian tiger. A lone tiger is quickly treed by a full wolf pack.

You mean to tell me that a panther, a bear, and the pack of wolves that raised him can't defend Mowgli against Shere Khan? Eat a dick, Kipling.
And taking Mowgli to the man village is a shitty idea. Have you ever seen footage of feral children? It's fricked up and depressing. Spoiler alert: Mowgli will not do well with other people. Not at all.

Particularly since Shere Khan is an elderly tiger reduced to hunting man because he lacks the strength to take down regular game.
As for feral children... once you get to a certain age there really isn't anything you can do to help them. Mowgli was old enough he was entering puberty... he is going to be a nightmare in a village of people.
