So my wife mentions this to me last night and I didn't believe her. She said it empties into a four lane. I mean, I hate traffic in Birmingham and Atlanta. Imagine being in the middle of this. I don't know how to post a pic but I am gonna try. Here is the link though: LINK

Imagine the terrible drivers in the very left lane cutting across 48 lanes without looking to make their exit...

The highway doesn't have 50 lanes. It's the entrance to the toll booths that makes it appear like it does. The highway is usually between 8 and 20 lanes.

There's a This American Life podcast about 2-3 day traffic jams in China. They were in a delivery truck with a guy, and traffic just stopped, and they sat there for 18 hours not moving. Guy was laughing it off like it was normal.

There's just something about the Chinese mentality that'll always make you just shake your head...they're exceptional, and then they'll just have a brain cramp.
