Mobile site auto scrolling to bottom of every page on chrome

Really annoying and trying to figure out if it's a problem on my end or the sites, just started this morning
It loads then just jumps to the very bottom of the page, it doesn't really scroll there

Did for me for about a week then stopped.

Mine seems to have stopped today, weird
