All BS aside, we saw today what the coaches have been seeing. JT hasn’t been balling out with the 2nds waiting for a shot. He was injured in a throw count. He’s not up to game shape yet and it showed.
He’ll get more play as we go on.

Team JT. I want a QB who can deliver the ball down the field and not under throw it. I know...I know. Last year JT underthrew multiple balls...................... on a bad leg.

When I coached a girls 8-11 softball team every player was required to play at least two innings and every team had to bat their entire lineup all game. Sometimes a coach had to go on the field to show a player where to play and sometimes had to show a girl how to stand at the plate when batting.

Yeah, I'm afraid we have posters who think those same rules apply in college. Everybody gets a trophy, everybody with an Xbox or PlayStation that has played Madden is a coach, or they remember playing recreation ball and everybody got a turn by default. It blows my mind at how damn stupid so many people are, but everybody with a keyboard has an opinion and knows more than the guy who's put together a 9-0 record and led UGA to a #1 ranking.

Good idea...but....I was team Kirby and advocated we stop criticizing the QB we had and allow the coach to make the decision and we should back that decision.
What should those of us who felt that way wear? Striped shirts?

I had not seen this thread previously and did not notice that it was a bump thread. 
I hope we can ALL get past this and move on. I'd love it if we can put this in the rear view mirror.

The JTD/Stet thing isn't even a debate anymore, so what's with all these threads? Initially the debate was "Stet can't win us a title." He literally did exactly that. He objectively proved many people wrong. Debate over. But now the goal posts have shifted to "well he still sucks anyway." So at this point, you're either just being an a-hole or you are retarded. The for real, Forrest Gump kind of retarded.

There’s nothing to debate. Stet led the team to a 14-1 record an a NC title. He won MVP of Orange Bowl and the NC. Those are the facts. They are not changing. People who don’t like it are irrational and you can’t beat nor reason someone out of a position that didn’t use reason to arrive at. In short, you can’t fix stupid.
