4. Unless AA is some closet violent sexual deviant, why would he do this? Every interview we’ve seen him give, he is the epitome of respectful, courteous, well-spoken, and humble.
Maybe Rec. Maybe a hurt or confused young woman. Maybe a guy that took liberties.
Who knows yet.

Liberal metoo movement has seriously screwed this world up to point where it’s going to hell in a hand basket

I think innocent until proven guilty has become get accused and your life is ruined?

Yes, it is. No female goes to a male's house late at night for drinks and doesn't expect to get laid.

Curious how the mob picks and chooses when due process is in order.
Nobody should have known about this until he was arrested..which means nobody outside of those involved and authorities should currently know.

Wonder what his relationship was with this woman. Had they dated? Had sex before? Was she an ex? Or a classmate, a friend of a friend, or a total stranger?
“No” means “no” & if nonconsensual intercourse occurred, there are consequences.
However, if this was an ex or a woman he’s had sex with before …
Why’d she go over there in the first place?

Based on the info I’m reading here (huge disclaimer), if the investigators don’t have one or more of the following, I don’t see any way to have a prosecutable Rape case.
1) evidence of a “date rape drug” being slipped by Adam
2) an incriminating statement or electronic communication made by Adam after the fact
3) verifiable prior criminal sexual assault(s) by Adam

I am not doubting the 21 year old woman (yet) but the only facts we know is that after midnight, after drinking she went to a house that wasn’t hers and ended up in a bed and stayed until morning.
21 isn’t a girl. It is a woman.
Now..rape means she just passed out on a bed extremely drunk (because even semi drunk people wake up if somebody is attempting to penetrate you) and woke up to the man inside her. If that happened, it’s horrendous.
It would take a monster to attempt to penetrate a passed out human.
Anybody that went to college or lived in the real world 5 minutes knows this isn’t what commonly happens.
No most assuredly means no and because she may actually be a victim, she gets the benefit until facts say otherwise.

So much that isn’t known…
Their previous interaction including that night
Whose house it was
Her relationship status
Who else was at the house
What exactly got him to the point of being in bed with her
Why did she get in bed in the first place
Why did she stay the night
His side of what happened
Whether she showed physical signs of rape
Any prior allegations against AA

This happened some time between 12am and 7am on Friday the 29th, so nearly 9 days ago, and still no arrest or charges brought thus far.
This is a massive indicator that there’s likely not even probable cause, much less significant enough evidence a rape actually occurred.
Prosecutors don’t just let rapists walk around if they truly believe they’re a rapist. It’s really bad PR to let a violent sex offender still have access to the public without any form of control. Typically, at the very least, they arrest them, charge them, set bail, and then have a valid legal basis to either keep them surveilled or toss an ankle monitor on them.
But they haven’t done any of this to AA after 8 days of investigation. Which means they likely don’t have a case, since they appear to not even have enough for even the bare minimum.
Just sayin.

How did she get to the house?
How did she leave?
How did she leave?

This is actually not the case in Georgia. I shite you not, you can be convicted of rape in the State of Georgia if one of the parties knows the other is completely intoxicated and even if that person says yes or advances first

I really want to know as little as possible. None of my business (her side, his side, and the law).
But this is my huge question.
Did she drive?
Did she drive home?
If alcohol is her inhibiting factor, the operation of a vehicle is relevant.
And i am going on the presumption that she never said or communicated "no".

GA law has been pretty clear that being highly intoxicated puts you into a status of being mentally or physically unable to give consent.
Posted on 11/7/21 at 8:54 am to IT_Dawg
Seems like their has to be some sort of proof of intoxication. Anyone can say anything about anything, courts requires proof.

Proof can be a friend seeing her stumbling, her saying she couldn’t drive, throwing up, or even AA seeing her do a bunch of shots.
In Georgia, even if you willingly got yourself drunk and even showed clear indications earlier you were interested, you have to be in a state at that time to give consent. Being highly intoxicated is defense you couldn’t give consent.
Basically 80% of the sex I had in college could have have been claimed as sexual assault by one side.
She wouldn’t have to say “no”. She could even be showing signs of enjoying it believe it or not.
Short version..have sex with really drunk people at your own risk.
