Freeze's biggest problem is that he actually IS the person everyone accuses Lane Kiffin of being.

I don't have a problem with the hookers, honestly. I have a problem with thumping a Bible to recruit and selling all that B.S. while banging hookers on the side. Dude is a total charlatan. He was football Jimmy Swaggart.

But his biggest problem isn't all that or even that he paid players, which he never did. That's the really important thing about the whole Freeze debacle that everyone misses. If he'd been running the pay-for-play, that would have been one thing, but if you read the actual NCAA case, he basically got let off. And in case you think I'm full of it, a refresher -

What he got nailed for was not knowing what the hell his coaches and boosters were doing, and it sure didn't help when it came out that one of the reasons may have been because he was getting his dick wet all over the U.S. while he was supposedly recruiting. Meanwhile, the good ole boy blowhards back in Oxford are playing bagman and bragging about it.

Ole Miss was too big a job for him at the end of the day. Does anyone think a rehab stint at Liberty means he's ready to step up to UF. Yeah, he may win some games, but at what cost? A post-season ban for a few years? No thanks.

I've zero reason to trust that guy won't leave UF in worse shape than he left Ole Miss when he "resigned" back in 2017.
