As for the talent that we have… not much at DT. Inexperience on the the DL in general with a lack of depth. I guess TD has the most experience. That’s a damn shame.

A bunch of previously under-performing upper classmen OL did pretty good in 2010, so your optimism has precedence at least.
(Not in any way implying this years squad could be a 2010 with that statement.)

Wow. It’s too late to transfer correct? Seems like he’s not interested in playing football or being part of AU football. Unless he wasn’t willing to do the demanding workouts, or did something against team rules, this one doesn’t make sense.

Hard to believe Truesdell would go through a spring practice with a new set of coaches, go through summer workout, and do those grueling stadium steps, and then days into fall practice up and just quit....

Going to be the buzz kill here but Harsin, and every other coach, is not bound to talk about any player at any time. There’s nothing that obligates that. There are contractual obligations after a SEC game w/ the press but, to my knowledge, he isn’t compelled to do much more than appear.
Likewise, Harsin is allowed to disclose COVID vaccination data. But he doesn’t have to. HIPAA doesn’t apply to him. But he also can just say no comment. HIPAA doesn’t come into play at all. Just something to keep in mind as the season unfolds as that question will keep being asked.
Ultimately, Harsin is require to show up but doesn’t have to say much more than what he wants to. And there’s little involved contractually that dictates what he has to talk about.
