The group of younger players that ended the year with victories showed a burning desire.
2-3 years from now, LSU has another NC.

I’d say it’s a pretty decent chance with the last 3 classes including this one. Getting the #2 qb , 5 star saftey and 5 star tackle this year is a damn good start to this class

I enjoy your posts. Maybe not so much LSU winning national championships (because that means BAMA didn't win), but you're good with me.

Already somewhat posted but Orgeron won’t be the head coach in 3-4 years
ETA: I gave you an uv because I don’t doubt you about the NC, I just think it’ll be a different coach

By December of this year, you'll want to have him fired.
Not only did you lose your last game of the season, you gave up 45 points in the first half.

You don't know me at all.
I don't melt. And I don't demand firings.

Our last two games were against Florida and Ole Miss. Both were victories.
We beat them 53-48. So we held them to 3 points in the second according to you?
Damn strong finish in my book.

ETA: It was 34-21 LSU at the half.
Your football history knowledge is on par with your Civil War history knowledge.

You're obviously severely mentally deficient. Napier can't come close to recruiting like Ed O can.
Moreover, go ahead cite another head coach coaching in America today who has a remotely similar coaching record relative to Ed O in their first four years. Good luck, loon.

That's impressive considering the looming L's to A&M, but crazier things have happened like in 2007.

Get ready for his Ole Miss record to be cited.
Plus: Saban won an NC in his fourth year as the Head Coach at LSU.
Miles and Orgeron in their third year.
So you can name coaches with similar records, but most had it while at LSU.
Saban won one in his third at Bama, so he does share that timeframe with Les and O.
Otherwise: Meyer at UF and maybe OSU, Chizik at Auburn. Maybe Fisher at FSU. May have been his fourth year, but he was with the program for years before inheriting it.
Can't recall any others.

I agree. I think it’ll be 2022. Boutte and Johnson will be ridiculous. I could see them having a Rohan/Reed type season even this year, but ‘22 is the money year IMO

Not just Boutte. Watch out for Deion Smith, Jack Bech, and Jake Johnson at tight end.
