Crazy as it’s basically legal in Louisiana

Honestly I’m more concerned that our starting left tackle didn’t get better offers than Kentucky. We fricked.
This is a bad take. Firstly Kentucky is going to be solid this year; but that’s beside the point. The reason he didn’t get many looks from other big time schools is because he is what most coaches consider a “cancer” to a locker room. He only played in like what 6 games last year? And 7 in 2019. And always because he was either suspended or other disciplinary issues going on behind the scenes. This isn’t his first run in with trouble. A lot of schools don’t jump at the opportunity to take a guy that’s constantly proven unreliable. If someone doesn’t care about his team enough to follow the steps that coaches and staff put in place to give you specifically, a better chance at success; then how can you trust that person?

You think Matthieu gets booted from UGA?
Is this a joke? Do you know we kicked out guys after THREE failed test back then? There were also several that were suspended after 2 tests. Hell, they even tested guys after they returned from spring break.
Mathis would have been gone halfway through his freshman year at UGA

When they criminalized marijuana, they said weed would lead to jazz music and raping women. Kinda funny how 90 years later, of those three, LSU only gives a shite about weed.

You trying to see LSU doesn't care about jazz?
Considering the LSU bands plays the Tiger Rag, I'd say they have no problem with jazz.
Hell, maybe if they let them smoke weed, they'd be less a little less rapey.

You mean the heisman finalist that got kicked out for weed?
Yea, that guy who played all of 2011 and was a Heisman finalist despite failing test after test after test

What is LSU’s actual policy?
Tennessee changed theirs a few years ago to be on par with Florida and UGA.
It used to be something like 1st positive = 1 game suspension, 2nd positive = rest of the season, 3rd positive = kicked out
Now, it’s something like you can have 4 positives before getting kicked off.
The policy can be whatever the school wants it to be, you just have to follow and enforce it.

Wonder if Charles would trade that Natty ring to have attended one of his other offer schools so he could get stoned without having to worry?
Because none of them but LSU actually won a title.
BTW, can't wait for the first recruit who picks up the LSU cap, sits it back down and then picks up the school of his choice with a blunt taped to the bill.

Maybe that’s why they’re raping, because they’re stressed from not smoking.

Thank goodness there is a moral compass left somewhere.

LSU posters have been saying this for awhile now and everyone else doesn't believe us
Correct, nobody else wants to believe our school weed policy is worse than almost all others and suspends players frequently for it as a result, yet we continually lose players like Kelvin Joseph, Dare Rosenthal as a result and have a former player like Charles calling it out who had to serve long suspensions for it.
Imagine if we didn't have this policy when Tyrann Mathieu was here. We've lost recruits before because of other schools using our weed testing policy against us.

What was Honey Badger doing that LSU kept looking the other way for?

How did it come to be like this?
Honestly, I would think most SEC schools (and really any major program in the country) would be more lax about it.
shite, with all of the issues in major collegiate athletics, that's like one of the worst hills to die on.
SLIPPERY SLOPE! You allow this, then what are you going to allow next?

They are likely leaving the coaches no option just blatantly failing them all.
