No.

I'd rather contract and ship A&M and Missouri back to the Big 12.

If we’re gonna go to 16 teams, Mizzou should be moved to the west, and add 2 of the 3, out of Clemson, FSU, and Georgia Tech

The only way the SEC should ever expand again is by adding Clemson, OU, Texas, Florida State, or Miami. Since that is less likely than zero, we don’t need expansion. If anything we need to get rid of Mizzou and send them back to the big 12. They’re an awful fit.

not much tv footprint improvement with that move.

that's all that counts I think.

Us Aggies aren’t usually on your radar. What did we do? Or is this one of those equal time policies?

It's all about adding additional tv markets
TCU doesn't add anything you don't already have with A&M, you are not getting anymore Dallas viewers by adding TCU

Oklahoma St would make sense to add Oklahoma market or someone like Kansas St would make sense but how much do you get bringing in those over Oklahoma and Kansas?

NC State would give you a potential North Carolina market but in reality how much since North Carolina is going to dominate that market

I get the whole oh leave A&M out, but this set up would make Texas harder to recruit for you, you need an A&M or Texas, those are the big markets based on how much alumni they have, you might as well take Baylor if you want a competitive private school with more skins on the wall than TCU

The SEC seems to add based on having one SEC school per state bc of the veto votes. You can get an OU or Okie State, a Kansas or Kansas state, but not both, at least that was the vibe when we got added

Yes. Based on this, the only logical expansion candidates are TCU (Dallas), NC State (Charlotte/Raleigh), Virginia Tech (Northern VA), or Oklahoma (Oklahoma City).

No, the school is not in northern VA but they have a large alumni base in northern VA and would cover that local TV market.
