Not really another round. More like a continuous process.
Aggie Park (next to Kyle Field)
This beautification project will transform 20 acres in the heart of campus into enhanced outdoor spaces for study and relaxation, tailgating, entertainment and recreation for students and visitors. The project, which is envisioned as “an outdoor MSC,” will include additional and enhanced tailgating space, water features, an outdoor amphitheater, a performance pavilion, public Wi-Fi, dedicated media utilities for national broadcasts, permanent Distinguished Alumni recognition, and improved infrastructure. A new event and office center operated by The Association of Former Students will be programmed for year-round use, providing flexible and functional space for Aggie Ring Day and other events.
Athletes Academic Center & New Indoor Facility
To give an idea of what the indoor practice facility looks like now. It is the smaller of the two. The larger is the indoor track facility.
(Top of the picture below. You can also see Aggie Park on the left.)
The "airplane hangers" will be torn down and replaced with something similar to the plans below. This is adjacent to the Kyle Field and Bright Football Complex.
We will, obviously, be replacing the Indoor Track facility. We also have a major upgraded women's soccer complex, swimming and diving, and then whatever Schlossnagle wants to Blue Bell Park.

I guess they are leaving the trophy room intact.
No need to upgrade there!

Hopefully they save some room for the trophy case

Where will the yell leaders host their elephant walks?

The park should be fun because it’s going to be used by more just the football team or the highest of high end donors. The students will issue it everyday and it should be such a great atmosphere on game day.

Will there be more protected grass?

As we are not building any memorials to fallen soldiers, no. You go roll around on the grass.

It’ll look great.
More importantly, that entire area will become so much more functional.
And I’m always a fan of protecting green space.
Razing those eyesore indoor practice facilities is an added bonus.

Certainly are spending the money. Everything is being upgraded yet again - and BBP is expected to expand to more than 10K. Schlossnagle is going to get what he wants as well.

I passed through College Station just the other day. It was like a big arse pasture with an Old Navy and a few HEBs. It smelled like shite & chicken tenders.

And Pat Henry’s constantly evolving and never-ending list continues to be checked off.
That cat gets everything he wants.
It’s nuts.

My god, just planting some trees in that part of Texas makes a huge difference.

They are really focused on aesthetic improvements, which are sorely needed. Hell, it looks like they are building a man-made lake to fix the drainage issues in the area. I think it is wild how fast A&M is changing these days
Getting away from that Soviet block architecture throughout the campus
