t just donned on me that you explained the exact strategy of the game and the shittiness was hidden in plain sight me entire life. I just always chalked up the dog shite play to my imagination, but it's actually like watching 11 year olds at Boys Club baseball... Becauese that's the exact same approach.

Damn. I'll never watch the occasional softball game airing in the background because I thought my team's baseball game was on the same again.

You guys are really showing your arses with these comments!

I would love to see any of you try and hit a fastball coming at you at 70mph from 43 feet away!

Pujols, Piazza, and Giles tried to hit a 68mph pitch from Jennie Finch in 2018 and all failed! Badly!

I would love to see you hit a 102 mph pitch from Shohei Ohtani. Until I will not validate us hitting 68 mph from this woman who 90% of the population doesn't know exist

I would rather try to hit that fastball than try to figure out which pronouns they want me to use.

softballs come from a completely different angle than a baseball does. Give them a little time to practice, and they'd crush softball pitching.

Total nonsense. When my sons were playing 11-12 year old baseball the best pitchers were already hitting 72-75, and we managed to hit the ball. Really tired of hearing parents who live vicariously through their daughters claim that their softball teams could beat any baseball teams. Just not realistic....
