I really like Napier, but this also describes one other dude that isn't being mentioned all that much....

Venables was my #1 choice as well before Gus was even fired. Surprised I haven't heard his name more. He has been at Clemson for a long time now, similar to Kirby at Bama. Don't know if he is waiting for the right gig or just isn't interested in being a head coach. Problem is though, college football has become an offensive game now. Bringing in a DC still leaves the huge question mark, of who is going to be the OC and can we get the offense moving in the right direction. He could end up being like a Muschamp and never be able to ge the offense figured out.
