I don't know. I never said I knew the answer. I'm about as unqualified as it gets. I do, however, understand there's only so much money. The people that have it, aren't just going to start giving it to the people that don't without getting it back from somewhere. Where do you think that's going to be?

Who is talking about punishing them? I'm talking about not handing out the monetary equivalent to a participation trophy.
