Will UGA have to beat the Gump three times for the NC?

Pretty clear that the Gumps are going to win the West with shitshow moon the Bayou and the moron on the Plains.
With that being said, UGA would have to play them at least twice this year. Gump will get their annual Gump Mulligan in playoff time aimed have Finebaum pushing them on every media platform that exist to get into the playoffs at 10-2 without winning the SEC.
So will UGA have to beat them 3 times to win it all this year?

That wouldn’t be possible

If we do, we will laugh at any asterisk.

If Georgia beat them twice I don’t think Bama would make the playoffs.
Play them 3 times? Certainly possible
Beat them 3 times? Wouldn’t be necessary cause if we face off 3 times it means we split the first two

A 10-2 non conference champion will not be in the playoffs

When a team that isnt a division/conference champion gets to play in the end of season tournament in literally every other major American Professional and College Sport

Exactly. This is almost the same situation all the talking heads were blathering on about several years back when Bama had Florida on the schedule. I think it was an early October game, and they kept on saying that as long as the first game was close, the result didn't matter as they would meet again in ATL, and that one would matter more for the BCS.
Florida had won the SEC and National Championship in 2008 season. Then lost the SEC to Bama in the 2009 season. 2010 they end up losing to Alabama, then 4 more games.
So yes, Georgia could end up playing Bama 3 times. If they win this weekend in a close game, then lose a close one to Bama in ATL, and that is each team's only loss, they could both get into the playoff. Highly unlikely, but it could happen.

How does a team get to 10-2 with a 10 game schedule + SECCG?
Alabama claiming wins like they claim titles, now?

Ahh the old moronic Gump go to argument. When was the last time a team played the in the Superbowl that didn't not win AFC or the NFC? Tell me, I'll wait for your answer.

With your thread it suddenly hit me....(with the LSU/Florida game in danger) if one or both of the teams had an outbreak, and the SEC put the game off until the end of the season, we could conceivably play them the last game of the season, the SECCG, and then in the playoffs....possibly three games back to back to back.
Obviously very slim odds, but possible.
