Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State and Clemson come out and poach the talent nationwide. If location was everything, why would Miami ever be bad?

Kirby was going to take the SC job until UGA opened up, or at least Sexton let UGAs brass think he was going to take SC job. It would be interesting to see what that would have looked like.

That's a completely different point.

It certainly is important but you gotta have facilities, coaching and a friendly administration to go along with it.

All things being equal, would you rather have FB program located in Indiana or South Carolina if you wanna build a competitive P5 program?

You don't think Clemson hasn't benefited from being on the boarder with Georgia or being close to Florida?
