It will destroy small college towns like starkville, oxford, Athens, etc they rely solely on the college students and sports crowds to keep businesses open. Larger SEC college cities like Baton Rouge, Nashville, etc will be fine because they have the local population to support it

I think you can add Fayetteville too... Just Walmart, Tyson etc keeping it floated.
