What is frustrating for me as a Bama fan is that the Bama teams the last 2 seasons 18 and 19 were probably as talented than any that won a title. People were talking about that 2018 team as the best of alltime until they took a dump vs clemson. Certainly a healthy Tua is a better QB than any of those teams had.

Nobody mentioned the 2015 Bama team so i will. Loaded with 1st and 2nd rd picks on defense with Derrick Henry, Kenyan Drake and OJ Howard. Coker brings them down a little.

The 2008 Florida team deserves mention. That was a heck of a team.

Everybody knows that 2019 was one of the weakest years in CFB history, and that LSU being simply a good team was enough to result in them blowing everyone out.

You would think that if everyone knows something you would get more then 1 upvote and 28 down. Gump logic ladies and gentlemen

I've always thought ,but never said , that the 2018 bama team was one of the best teams I've seen . I really don't get what happened in that game against clemson..

I think that team was similar to our 2019 team . I would have loved to see them play each other.idk if Clemson played bad against us or what ,but they looked like shite to me and the year before they come out and hammer yall somehow

From the Article
quote:

1. LSU Tigers 2019
Record: 15-0
The first 15-win college football team in history was also one of the most dominant. The 2019 LSU offense will go down as one of college football’s best, average 48 points a game as the team beat SEVEN top 10 teams in route to a national title.

The season was highlighted by a Heisman Trophy for quarterback Joe Burrow which led to LSU’s handling of defending champion Clemson in New Orleans.

Article lost all credibility right there.

Indeed.

2018 Clemson was 15-0 and the 1894 Yale Bulldogs went 16-0. So it's not like such a record hasn't been achieved before.

Of course you would, but you'd be alone to do so, however.

Never go full Gump.

If Auburn's D last year could keep LSUs offense in check in Death Valley, so could 2011 Bama's. Sorry.

500 yards of offense is 'in check' ???? What are you smoking?

the 2019 LSU almost lost to Alabama and Auburn last year.

Yet y'all want to call yourselves "Greatest of all time"

Where does this shite even come from?
Dude, lsu didn't almost lose to auburn, who beat yall. Look at the stats ,look at how well we played on d . Bo nix lit yall up and so did burrow .

You can't seriously say with a straight face that lsu was only 5 points better then yall or Auburn. The score against bama would have been much worse without a late go route that shouldn't have even happened, aranda was dumb for that. Then look at the score throughout the game. I'm sorry but that stupid narrative of us almost losing to the Alabama teams is just not the whole story.

Put it this way,and tell the truth. Did you think yall would get one stop at the end of the game.. and Auburn, do you think it's the same to win by 6 and have fairly even stats ,then it is to get doubled up in yards ?

The whole season for lsu in 2019 never saw a game that would come down to the last possession. That's impressive to me

Not bad. I think 96 UF was better than the Tenn team though.

96 UF would’ve waxed quite a few teams on this list, certainly the 98 Vols.

You could have the best stats in the world but what matters is the final tally on the scoreboard. We out-gained Auburn in Jordan-Hare 515-354, gained almost 30 first downs, and possessed the ball for nearly 12 minutes longer than their offense. We still lost.

Don’t tell this Gump shitt

Let them believe 2019 Team was only 5 points better.

We all know their Mercs quit after that LSU beat down and they let Nix hang 50 on their @$$€$.

They didn’t wanna get punked again in the playoffs.
