Regardless, Bama claims 17, but the NCAA recognizes 15 of those, still giving them a few more than ND, whose last came before the movie Rudy was made.

Hey einstein, no one is asking you how many the NCAA says you have. I’m simply laughing at you for YOUR folks upping the claim “ Just to make us look better.

This is sad, son.

The reason? Well, I already told you. But you proved my point earlier.

Clockwork.

The thread asks for firsts I’m simply providing one. You’re gonna have to Deal with it.
And don’t worry, your titles are safely kept in your media guide. No one can take them from you.

Sorry, bud, but you’re wrong.

Good ole Steve Spurrier needed a Nebraska choke to get a rematch against FSU in the title. As much as people hold him in high regard, he was basically a more successful Les Miles.

Your ignorance is appalling, and I'm a Les Miles fan... you couldn't be much more wrong at all. Complete opposites in soooo many ways.

But are they? Both had 2 national titles where they either won convincingly or got crushed. Steve Spurrier really had 2 great seasons and the rest were the equivalent of I’d say Alabama’s 2019 season or less.

He’s a good coach. Not a great one by any means. He doesn’t belong in the same breath as the Tom Osborne’s, Nick Saban’s and Bear Bryant’s of college football. Y’all just don’t wanna have that conversation cause of all the cool shite talking he does. The most impressive thing he ever did in his career were those 3 10 win seasons at SCAR. Everything else pales in comparison if you ask me.

I am sure it does. Had to beg for the chance to get it. But that does not matter to a true Bama fan. No shame in that game. 1941 and all.

Didn't LSU get in the BCS with 2 losses to KY and Ark? Please! You ought to be ashamed calling anybody kettle's black!

Nebraska and Oklahoma appreciate your limited memory. So does 2007 LSU.
