I'm not sure I see it this year. Breaking in a new QB (I know we hear that a lot, but this time it won't be a transfer), and they're just overall losing a lot.

Still going to be a good team, and the favorite to win the Big 12, but probably a 10-2 team that's on the outside looking in.

I'd honestly look out for Ok. State with all of their returning talent to make a run.

Outside of that, I don't think the Big 12 represents in the playoff this year.

My guess (in no rankings order):

Clemson
Ohio State
SEC Champion
SEC West representative / Notre Dame / maybe Oregon or Washington or some 12-1 Pac-12 surprise
