Will other SEC schools start trying to imitate/ implement LSU offense next year you think?

Kirby said himself it wasn't that different from anything he's seen, we just have the players for it.

Well Kirby would be a fool to not start spreading it out. The game has passed the era of grinding it out and playing defense

Georgia spreads it out a lot. That isn't the issue.
People act like UGA is running the offense Les Miles did at LSU. That's far from the truth. There isn't even a fullback on UGA's team.

It takes a special QB to be able to do what we did to defenses this year, it's not a matter of just implementing a system and being able to pick apart teams deep and over the middle, you better have a QB who can go through several progressions, stand in a pocket, buy time, and be very accurate.
There wasn't anything super special about the offense itself, he just got the best players possible to maximize the potential of it.

The problem for Georgia this year was that without the threat of a downfield throw, they were not balanced, and it made defense against them fairly easy to gameplan for.

It was a Gus and Cam situation. Perfect Offensive scheme met perfect execution.
Was crazy to watch.

I don't get why people think LSU re-invented the wheel. What happened this year was unbelievable execution of a good scheme. I looked to me like if you tried to imagine what a good amount of NFL talent would do on a college team. The amount of contested balls that were caught is remarkable.

Joe Brady spoke on this. He said teams should try to emulate us, they should find out what their players do best and set an offense up around that.
I mean, he's right. We might have a different scheme next year.

Exactly, gus set up his scheme around his best player and destroyed everyone. This is the key, not some particularly OP scheme.

Wrong. Gus doesn't adjust his offense to his players strength. He just had the perfect QB come in to run his scheme with a good OL.
Same with Nick Marshall. Still the best I've ever seen run zone read. '13 AU was kind of like '19 LSU. Except with the running game. You knew it was coming and couldn't stop it. Gus would run the same play over and over until it was stopped.
Don't know what broke him from those days.

The offense wasn't calling "new" plays as much as Brady was utilizing our talent at an elite level.
That is the key.

Good response. I think so as well, so what LSU has to do is recruit players for the system we run now on offense for the most part.
